There are currently three roles open for application at Film London. Film London is looking to recruit a Project Manager for London Film Day, Audience Development Manager Maternity Cover, as well as seeking new board members who can make a dynamic contribution to the Film London's work as go into our next stage of development.


Audience Development Manager
Maternity Cover
(minimum 6 months: 10 August 2009 to 28 Feb 2010)
Salary Range: £33,000 pa pro rata

The Audience Development Manager will play a key role, developing and implementing strategy for more diverse, accessible and high quality exhibition of and education about film across the city. The delivery will be through work in permanent and temporary venues, spaces usually associated with other cultural forms as well as through festivals and one-off film and media events.

Responsibilities include: the management and evaluation of Film London's portfolio of exhibition, education and archive lottery funding schemes; facilitation of the training and development of the exhibition and education sector in London; and maintainance of existing strategic partnerships with key public and commercial organisations and stakeholders across the capital.

Film London is the capital's agency for film and media. We have helped make London more film and TV friendly than it has ever been; launched Microwave, the groundbreaking micro-budget film-making scheme that supports the next generation of UK feature film-making talent; and we support major film cultural projects and activities.

Film London is now looking to recruit new board members who can make a dynamic contribution to the Film London's work as go into our next stage of development. Candidates will have leadership, vision, practical experience of the management and direction of public or private companies and a broad knowledge of issues facing the film and media sectors.

If you have expertise in one of the following areas Broadcast, Film Distribution/Sales, Visual Arts/Artists' Moving Image, Skills and Education, we would like to hear from you.
