PULSE
PULSE was launched in 2002 in partnership with the UK Film Council's New Cinema Fund.
The ambition is to produce a new generation of film-makers who use digital technology creatively to tell stories in groundbreaking ways.
The PULSE scheme is open to new talent in the London region and offers film-makers an opportunity to make digital shorts for a variety of exhibition and distribution platforms.
Up to six films will be commissioned and all genres are welcome, including drama, documentary and animation.
The budget range is £4,000 - £8,000, depending on the nature of the project. The running time should be between one and 12 minutes.
The deadline for applications has now passed.

PULSE PLUS and Digital Nation
